Gus was born and raised in Greece and started playing guitar at 14 years old.

Being 19 years old his talent was noticed by John K. the vocalist/band leader Biomechanical.

John suggested him to join the band and in August 2007 Gus was the new guitarist of Biomechanical.

Gus did his first tours and played his first Summer European festivals with Biomechanical (Metalcamp Slovenia, Rockin Field Milan, Italy and Caos-Emergente Porto, Potrugal to name a few).

After Biomechanical’s decision to go on a break Gus focused on releasing his own Music and also fulfilling his academic goals by finishing the Thames Valley University of London with flying colours.

In 2010 one of Gus’ biggest dreams became reality and he released his first solo album called “In Search Of Perfection” which earned brilliant reviews and acceptance by the Press and the fans all over the world.

Soon after he started his own band along with Vasilis Georgiou,Kostas Milonas and Nick Grey and he also became the lead guitar player of the Greek melodic Metal Band Black Fate and in 2014 the band released their first album with Gus on guitar duties called “Between Visions and Lies”.

The album was released by Ulterium Records and was also accepted with enthousiasm all over the world.

Sunburst released their debut album “Fragments Of Creation” in 2016 by InnerWound Recordings and did their first tour in Europe. The band is now working on their sophomore album.

2015 was a very important year for Gus,when he joined the Greek Thrashers Suicidal Angels.

He toured Japan and Europe with SA in support of the bands latest album “Division Of Blood” which is the first featuring Gus on lead guitar.

After a succesful touring cycle which included 2 headline legs,2 legs supporting Satyricon and 3 summer festival runs the band is now locked in the studio recording their next album which is due to be released in 2019.

The next tour for Gus will be in Europe with Suicidal Angels along with Exodus,Sodom and Death Angel.
